The gm is very disrespectful and rude and the other employees are very disrespectful and like to threaten other employees and they treat employees like mist, so plz do not go to the one of hillard re rd columbus ohio

Others are accurate in their description of the food ordering and preparing process at this store. I ordered in person for carryout two hamburgers, one with mayo and one without. Both came back with mayo, however, when I contacted the restaurant, I'm told I have to come BACK to the store to receive a refund. That's inconvenient at best, especially for those who are just visiting Easton, as I was, and don't live nearby. I called Five Guys corporate and they said the same. Pretty ridiculous, especially considering these burgers are almost $10 a pop. Highly unlikely to return or recommend.

I tried this location for the first time and it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. I agree with other reviewers they don't follow order instructions well. I'm such a simple person so if you mess up my order something is definitely wrong lol.The burgers are not worth $11 but their fries are AWESOME! Just the right amount of salt and definitely fresh. I would recommend to anyone that try this food joint, get the fries and shake. Yum...

Wow, I am truly impressed! I have never been to a Five Guys before, as there isn't one in my hometown. While I was visiting the Easton Town Center with my friend, we decided to give this Five Guys a try. All I can say is, yum! I had no idea that their fries were fresh and that their sandwiches were so good. I would definitely come here again.

Burgers are expensive and to me it tasted just like Wendy's to be honest.
