Horrible and rude customer service..The staff don’t wash their hands or change gloves in the mix of texting on phone and making food I won’t be going back

I ordered a grill cheese tomatoe soup and I absolutely loved it and customer service was simply wonderful.

Why can you only have soufflés in the first two hours after opening? Who is awake at 6-8am! Can they not be baked to order until 11am?

I have the SSIP Club membership for “unlimited” coffee and other drinks (great deal if you love their coffee). BUT today is the 3rd day this week that I’ve come and all 3 types of caffeinated coffee were out. Not to be entitled, but please have the coffee available if you’re going to promote this Sip Club membership.
