Bidrage med feedbackOne of the few Boston markets is still there. I made an online order and my entire order was ready before the time. Do not forget your vouchers when ordering. This location is really clean in a large shopping center and the staff is friendly. They have a large interior and a ride through. My food was perfectly prepared and 100% accurate. Recommend this place as the food is at point and right on the main roads
Don't worry. This place is dead and has so few employees working that they can not serve more than one meal per hour. I spent over an hour driving through, and only learned that they are made of rice and think chicken sandwich sounds like Mac cheese. The last time I actually got food, it wasn't what I ordered, and was unable to talk to someone there before they closed... two hours later. You can't sell enough food to cover the electricity bill. It is a shame as the food tastes pretty good (if you can get any).
I give this place two stars because the staff was very nice and the terrain was nice. Other than that, the food was cold, chicken was dry, the dining room had boxes that made it look like it was used for storage, and the dining room was absolutely ice cold. I hope I started her on a free day.
After a long night with a fussy baby, my husband and I decided to order lunch instead of cooking. 20 minutes before our order was delivered, our Dasher (if you order online, Boston Market used DoorDash) was called to say that they do not have one of the items. We chose another option and the person who took our order repeated every article after me so that the Dasher could hear what we needed. I left explicit instructions where I find my apartment, not that it's awfully complicated. The Dasher called three times to ask questions like the elevator, I turn left or right, although there are signs. When I got my order, it was missing from my side and from my husband. That said, not my problem, call the restaurant. I called and was told that they don't refund anything or the missing items without me a new order that causes an additional $5.99 delivery fee and is not worth the cost of the missing drink and the page. I like the food, but not enough to deal with the terrible service.
I've been to this location a few times during the pandemic and this is the first time that the inside looked halfway decent where they thought people might actually want to possibly eat there even though it's been available to eat in before. Spoke to gentleman at the cash register pretty quickly but he said he had to wait for someone else to be able to come and actually operate it. Which I guess the woman who was working on the drive-thru and after about 10 minutes with no other interaction with anybody I told them goodbye because I guess they didn't have an interest in taking an order inside the restaurant. Adding this to the fact that my rewards app has never worked properly as far as the restaurant being able to look me up and acknowledge my rewards I will probably not be here again. Regard to the rewards app I've spoken directly to Boston Market customer support people who really didn't want to listen and we convinced that the problem was people at the restaurant didn't know how to do it. Despite the fact that it's been at least three locations where I've had the problem with. The one I went to regularly near work would just redeem it for me anyway and I'd let my things sit there and expire after a while the other locations would just telling me that it they can't do anything with it I'm out of luck. I was hoping it might work today but I guess I'll never know.
