Melting Pot, The - Colorado Springs

The service is extremely slow, even if it is not busy. it was my birthday and my server was extremely unstoppable. no seasoned except garlic salt.

It was an amazing experience. the personal was very friendly, knowledgeable and authentic. one of the best experiences ever.

Daughter and granddaughter were in town. I thought it was a funny experience. anything but. the service was terrible, starting with a quick statement, how everything worked. we were told it was confusing, but she was glad we were downstairs now. Except not. then she left and forgot to turn on one of the burners. had to ask the manager what was wrong because the server did not come back. the whole concept was not funny as we tried to find out how long we track the different cooking times of various ingredients. it was not really important because none of the food had any taste. the next day the lake went around the broadmoor and asked for any restaurant recommendations from the campus. They collected a few and told the hotel guests about the terrible experience on melting pot. expected a positive experience on the basis of longevity and the general anticipation of the restaurant. will never go back.

It was our first time there and it was amazing! the service was perfect and our server sammy made everything super easy to understand! we will definitely go back!

Food was excellent and our service was above and beyond! Alicia was kind, fun and very attentive. She never left us waiting for anything she brought it to us before we had to ask!! The Melting Pot has a gem with this server! Thank you for making our evening special. Can’t wait to go again
