Bidrage med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is delicious! I highly recommend trying it out. The atmosphere is cozy, although the space is limited as it is located in a cellar. It may not be very child-friendly, but it is perfect for small gatherings. There are not many vegetarian options on the menu, but the staff is willing to make accommodations. Overall, the service is good and the food is enjoyable.
We visited this restaurant in July for breakfast and it can certainly be considered one of the hidden gems in Colombo. It has a beautiful and thoughtfully designed ambiance that blends together perfectly. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient, considering the size of the restaurant. We ordered the waffles for breakfast and everything was decadent, delicious, and absolutely perfect. The high level of finesse in the service was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very impressed and this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
The dining experience at this restaurant is excellent. It is definitely one of the best places to eat in Colombo, especially when paired with their impressive coffee selection. The atmosphere can be a bit loud when the restaurant is full, as it is located in a cellar without any windows or doors to reduce noise. However, the seating arrangement is well organized so as not to overcrowd the space. The food was delicious and well worth the price. After enjoying a satisfying meal of psychic and prawn dishes, we were too full to try anything else except for their outstanding hot chocolate, served in a charming vintage teacup. Next time, we look forward to trying their desserts.
Culinary arts is the restaurant in the villa raha and is located underground. I was there twice now and both colors, eating was absolutely amazing! her brioche is simply from this world! the price is worth the taste of eating. the environment is also very cozy, with beautiful decor.
Good single origin coffee from local roasters Temple Grounds. French toast was also good; the presentation (and price to a certain degree) was a bit over the top. That shouldn't be unexpected for a small cafe in the basement of a boutique hotel, however.
