St. Louis Bread Co. - Collinsville

That was a subpar panera. I have two with salat and suppe. it was the most pathetic panera salad I've ever seen. I wouldn't go back.

I ordered an order of salats and suppe. I had to eat the baseball game of my sohne and there were no forks or spoons. no good. I also ordered 13 bagels in half cut. they all had barely cut the top. they were all thrown into a paper bag.

All the quality they would expect at panera. but they do not pay much attention to internet orders. for 9 clock pickup ordered. E-mail said it would be ready at 908AM. at 920 I asked and they finally started working on it. someone printed it and told no one else to ignore the requested collection, provided it was lunch.

Almost 9 dollars for this amount of mac n cheese, that is their big and it is halfway filled

I walked In and wanted to help the staff. They were extremely busy,but kept the smiles plastered on their faces! I'm sure someone will complain because they waited a long time but ignore those people because your staff was killing it. Happy Mother's day ladies. I'll be right there with you today, on our day but in a restaurant.
