Applebee's Collinsville - Feedback

Do not order from this site on their website. You have no way to tell you whether it is delivered or not. We wait for an hour and food has never been picked up...

Our waitress was very nice and prompt to fill drinks. They did not float over us, was very professional with a friendly personality. Eating is good, not great.

Food was just ok. Service could have kept drinks filled more often. One refill, and it took a while. Got wrong side.

I recommend the "Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp". It is delicious and is my favorite entree at Applebees.
