Papa Johns Pizza - Colleyville

Ordered two pizzas and it took an hour and a half to get here. i also ordered extra cheese on one pizza and it didn’t even have much cheese. My dad’s pizza was cold. Kinda disappointed but at least the stuffed crust was good update: after completing a survey over our experience, they gave us a full refund. great customer service

I ordered for pickup and I wasn’t back even an hour until my credit card was alerting me it was hacked. All local charges over $200. Watch out folks.

We ordered online and the estimated delivery time was over an hour and a half. We waited a while and then called the store to see if we could just change to carry out. The gentleman on the phone was so polite and apologetic, said there was a mistake with the website and our order was ready. When my husband arrived, he met him at the door with our order and discounted our order for the wait. The gesture was kind but his customer service was above what we expected, we will only order from here, as long as he’s there. He may be the owner or maybe the manager, but he did great and our food was perfect.

Food arrived barely lukewarm. Ordering was very simple, and cost was on par with other pizza places. Driver was AWESOME, but the food quality just wasn't there.
