Bidrage med feedbackRed lobster is still edible, but it's not what it was earlier. It was a tradition for red lobsters to be my annual birthday destination for some crabs and fried Calamari. The last 4-5 times I took part in this special university location was less than impressive. During my last visit, the floor was contaminated with torn napkin pieces that remained there for our entire meal. The waiting staff did the mere minimum. They had to be asked to fill drinks. I ordered Calamari and it came without vegetables. I asked the waitress and she assured me that it did not, nor did the Calamari ever come with fried broccoli and paprika. Maybe that was just a wrong memory? Our food came with the wrong sides, forgotten salads, and they forgot my scallops. We already ate when the scallops came out. They took her back and forced her. This restaurant used to be a great little place to take a seafood meal with the family, but the quality has gone steadily down in the last 5 or so years. It has basically become a Long John Silvers with more beautiful tables. My last visit to this place will be exactly that, my last visit. There are so many more places to get seafood in this city, so why not?
Hello all yesterday I took my wife and son to celebrate. The reason we were in red lobster because we were at our 33. Day was not meat. When we set ourselves, we were not greeted for 6 minutes. It was so long that I had to go forward and ask for a manager. The manager said she was sorry. We were greeted 1-2 after. While we sat down, I counted 4-8 times, we were sent and never greeted. Food lasted 20-30 minutes. The food took so long, even our server noticed it. The food tastes great, but our experience was destroyed. The manager comes out and tells us they have a lack of chefs and it's a busy day. We went at 5:00 and there was no waiting time. The manager takes 20% off the bill. I'm sorry I've been a server for 15 years and I know important things. I've tipped 50% of the bill. The food does not mean anything if you cannot be greeted and get the food in time. Everyone here, please watch. Great atmosphere and food taste good.
So we decided to celebrate her birthday in the red lobster today. I love this place, he has a beautiful atmosphere and the staff is fantastic. We were excited about crabs and decided to make the lobster festival with crabs, it was excellent. My wife had salmon and crab with shrimps. The court came wrong, and I reported the server, she immediately notified the kitchen, and within a minute the manager was at my table. My mind was blown, that was a fast communication. He apologised did not say to fear that he would have a lobster tail that was missing on the plate, cooked within minutes and he would bring out. The mistake was corrected immediately and we continued with dinner. Halfway through, my son wasn't good, so we had to go fast, the server came with togo plates and brought us full. Did the vanilla-bean cheesecake go to dessert and I tell you it's in place. I had the key cake, the taste is excellent, but the crust was a little hard, but the taste for it. Overall, the culinary experience, the food was delicious and the staff was 5 stars. Will be back soon. Thank you. The image is in Togo plates and do not do it just, but I assure it is delicious.
We waited for our main course for 45 minutes and had to send the steak back twice (crude and terrible), and my grilled shrimps were not even grilled. Not even very busy. The hor? I'll say Alex gave us EXCELLENT SERVICE!??? And the new service manager, Michaela, came twice to the table and personally apologized for the delay and poorly cooked proteins that were both composed. The ambience is beautiful, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and again, the service is excellent. We will give this Red Lobster another attempt in the future, hoping that the cook has significantly improved his skills.
Staff and service were both outstanding. Our entree was tasty and filling, however the chips for the artichoke and lobster dip were chewy and dripping with oil and dip was runny.
