Dairy Queen - College Station

After a HOT DAY of fishing , what better way to COOL OFF !!! The establishment was very clean and presentable and KRYSTAL and her staff were very courteous and professional !!! WE SHALL RETURN !!!

The staff is always so friendly here. We like to bring the kids here for a treat every once in a while and it's always a good experience.

The lady who works in the car tonight was very rude and ignorant when we ordered. My partner asked for a basket combo and she continued to say there was not one, although it is offered on the menu as "Combo". She always said we had to buy the drink separately for an additional supplement, so a combo like we said. When we finally moved into the window, she openly called my partner “stupid” to an employee and rolled her eyes on us. Your customer service was terrible and disgusting. I just don't understand why you would get a job you just hate and then go rude to customers, for you don't know your own menu. Definitely will no longer return there!

At first, I shouldn't even give it a star, but I did. I ordered a little banana split blizzard on the ride. After the descent of the road abit and eat it. I noticed that there might have been one or two small bands of bananas, maybe one band or two of what I think was pineapple. That's it, I'm very disappointed with what I got for the money I paid for. If this is how you run your business, then you should perhaps remain closed as the other day when you were closed for maintenance. I am not going back!!!!!!

If I could leave a zero, I would... but the attitude that these employees have is actually from this world. I thought maybe these people would have only a bad day and maybe next time would not be like that. but the next time I got worse, I wait on the speaker in the drive thru for 2 minutes and a worker with attitude says GO AHEAD like girl I didn't even say a word and she says GO AHEAD how when she was on ME...so I ordered my Mozzarella sticks and drove away I worked fast food not too long for a year and a half, so I know how stressful it can be but it was 'but hey I can't lie the mozzarella sticks are pretty divine
