Bad Biscuit - Coligny

This place is absolutely amazing, seriously the best biscuit place I’ve ever been too. And if you want to start your morning off right, Franklins energy will do it if the biscuits don’t!

Counter service at sit down prices. The portions are big, but the food was only OK. The dining area feels cramped, and the furniture isn’t particularly comfortable.

The biscuits are phenomenal. Perfectly cooked bacon with breakfast options and the sage sausage gravy is just *chef's kiss*. I can't wait to try more!

The portions are generous, and we relished the meal, except for the pricey and lackluster salad. Unfortunately, I found a piece of paper in my bowl, which turned out to be the tag from the spinach used. The salad lacked flavor, so we didn't finish it. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with a fun vibe and pleasant outdoor seating.

As always, if you love basic biscuits, or biscuits, shrimp and grits and more, this place is worth a try even if you have to wait a bit. I also bought and took a tray home (5 hours away), and unfroze them month later, and they were just as good!
