Babushka Kitchen Cafe - Coleraine

I recently stopped by for some drinks and was pleasantly surprised by the cute decor, quick and friendly service, and delicious iced lattes. I was delighted with my experience, although the restaurant's toilet was out of order, there were public restrooms nearby.

Visited with the intention to have breakfast positive pleasant staff, great location directly on the water, good coffee they currently do not have inside seats and limited outside, fairly expensive coffee and small portions, very limited breakfast menu and no pancakes as they have stopped making pfancakes. and there was not much other we liked that we had skipped the breakfast and simply had coffee/hoo. the author kindly asked if the hc was for a child, and so it should be made less hot

This was my go to place. Cannot tell you just how much I loved it. Totally made my heart sing. Staff changed. It lost its mojo and soul independent of covid restriction grimness. Wishing hard that it gets back to where it was because...I so miss what it used to feel like there.

Stopped here for a hot chocolate after a walk in Portrush. Tiniest disposable cup I’ve seen. They didn’t have any toppings and still charged Disappointing and I will not be back.

Like an oasis at the end of the West Strand, on a cold windy Sunday it looks like it might never get any closer! After a bracing walk watching the crazies out swimming and surfing we finally made it to Babushka. coffees, kids...hot choc and we shared some yummy buns. We sat on a bench out of the wind before we walked back along the Promenade.
