Dunkin' - Colchester

This Dunkin always does it right and the man who works the register most days, Dennis, is my absolute favorite!

The poor girl was getting my order together when she ran out of ice and she was so sweet I didn't mind waiting and she got the ice and finished my order and I left her a good tip . Worth going there

Not reliable for online ordering in the morning, I've now lost three fairly large orders placed through the app because when I have arrived to pick up my food, no one is there. I have also been promised gift cards to compensate for this and still have not received them.

Fairly quick service. Lately the hot food tastes like bleach, but I think it's the herbs or chives from the hash browns. The employee named Noah is very energetic and hard working.

I don’t know if the blonde girl who works there is stupid or hates her job but every time I go here she consistently messes up my coffee order. She also clearly doesn’t read the full order because she gave me my drinks, told me to have a good day and closed the window before I got my food. It seems like this dunk-in has a serious management problem because this behavior should have been corrected by now. This location also has the dumbest drive through set up I have ever seen, which isn’t the fault of the workers but a renovation is seriously needed.
