Pilot Travel Center - Colby

How it's possible that on 4 dryer 2 are out of order, no showers ready, without people on line, no much food and the one that is displaying is turned in stone because is old....but more importantly the workers are CHATTING BEHIND THE COUNTER INSTEAD OFDOING THINGS!!!! Not acceptable from Pilot

Tons of parking but thats about it. Only leaving this review to let other drivers know that if you're showering here, don't do it on your own dime, do it on theirs if possible. Been here twice a week, 3 weeks straight now and have taken 6 cold showers. Imnot sure if it costs extra for hot water and actual water pressure but do so at your own risk. They obviously don't care enoughto fix it given the employees act inconvenienced when you bring it to there attention.

The staff here is really friendly, and although the bathrooms are a bit small, they’re not too bad. There’s a great selection of snacks and items for such a compact store, and parking is ample. The scenery is beautiful too. They also have a Subway sandwich shop, though I don't have any details about the shower facilities. Overall, it’s a peaceful and pleasant stop while traveling from Colorado. I would definitely come back again!

The restaurant has ample truck parking available, making it a convenient stop. It features a Subway inside, along with standard fast food options found elsewhere. The showers are regularly maintained due to the high volume of visitors, but despite the popularity, there's usually plenty of truck parking to accommodate everyone.

Thank you so much, everyone! You really helped me get to the hospital. Brandon and Josh, you are such kind people! I truly appreciate everything you did for me. I needed to disconnect my truck from the trailer at 3 AM to go to the emergency room, and I was feeling really unwell. When I met Josh, he offered his assistance, which was a bit awkward for me, but he was incredibly kind. Thank you so much, Josh. Once we reached the hospital, he informed the doctors about my situation. After that, Brandon drove me back from the emergency room to the Pilot. Thank you, Brandon! I can't thank you enough!
