Huhot Mongolian Grill - COEUR D ALENE

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The all-you-can-eat option is a great choice and they have a wide variety of delicious desserts. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Mongolian dish as it was exceptionally good. If you haven't been here before, be sure to explore the different options available.

The chefs did a fantastic job and the food was delicious. However, the waitress named Anya was not very hospitable. She did not come to check on us or ask if we needed anything, prompting us to call her over. She simply dropped off our bill without saying a word and then walked away. Typically, waitresses ensure that customers have everything they need, take their time, and thank them. It's important to consider the level of service provided when receiving a poor tip or no tip at all.

We usually love HuHot. The food was great and the workers were too. Sam (our waitress) came late but apologized profusely and worked hard to make our experience a good one. The guys behind the grill were good too. The reason for the 3 stars is because the community food prep area was filthy. Food from bins was slopped all over and the sauce areas had mess all the way to the labels. A little cleaning is not that hard, but it looked like they had not been cleaned properly indays.

Place is such a Disgusting, unprofessional, nasty joke, and should be shut down! Dirty floors, cross contaminated food, sloppy dressed manager , and they don 't believe in changing out the pans of food. Asked them to please fill up the oysters, then he was going to dump fresh oysters into the contaminated container that has some kind of meat in it. When I told him that the whole thing needed to be changed out due to the cross contaminated food, he copped an attitude. Wentto the Manger who was disgusting to look at and extremely young. When I brought the matter to his attention, he simply said, Well we don 't usually change the containers. What the hell???!?!?! Keeping eating here and you will eventuallyget sick. We had amazing customer service, and the food was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and everything went perfectly well with our visit! I have always loved most Mongolian and that you can order spring rolls and crab rangoons, just makes it so much better!
