Mcdonald's - Cocoa Beach

I visited this particular McDonald's store for a late lunch for my family. The order taker had trouble understanding the order causing me to repeat the order twice. Pulling up to the first window, I found the order still was not correct and I had to repeat it yet again. After paying for the order and proceeding to the second window, the window attendant failed to provide us with the complete order, as a couple items were missing, and the items present still did not conform to the order given. I will be very hesitant in visiting this restaurant in the future.

When we came home, there was no salt and pepper to season the eggs or ketchup pack for ash brown, but there was pancake syrup, although we did not order pancakes.. so the rule is, ask for everything you need, as they can very well forget.

Good service, forgot my stuff in the bag, didn't know until we came home.

McDonald is cooked for perfection. Fast service through the ride. Order was right. No complaints!

Wow, the kids they work here are incredibly rude. I gave him a chance and disregarded the other reviews that said the same. It broke my mind how abrasive and snapping ruin they were. My advice is different. The only reason people go here is obviously for convenience. This franchise spot must have a restructuring of the management and the employees they set with their POS settings!
