Pizza Palace - Cockeysville

I was in town for work and like trying local non ?big chain? food. I ordered a large pizza and a cheese steak sub so I could eat some for lunch and some later in my hotel room. Pizza was great and sub was awesome. Wouldn?t say the cheapest in the world butthat?s not why I went there. It was quality not some junk where the pizza box cost more than the pizza. It was also prepared forme take out from just walking in quicker than I expected. Hope to come back next time i?m in town.

Decided to give this place a try and I've got to say they do not disappoint. The restaurant itself was clean as far as I could tell. I wasn't uncomfortable sitting at one of booths while waiting which is a plus considering how often I find dirty tables atrestaurants. The service was fast and friendly. However, we ordered 3 subs and my boyfriend was not informed of all the dealsuntil he noticed a sign after paying. That's why they lost a star. Customer service, at least in my mind includes informingpeople of any and all specials. We all know how disappointing it is to see you missed out on something. Especially after thefact... Our subs were delicious and quickly consumed. The bread was crunchy, the meat juicy and flavorful, the cheese melted toperfection, and the vegetables crisp and fresh. I would 100% recommended anyone try their food here based off of the flavor ofthese well made subs. The restaurant smells amazing, like fresh baked bread. Food is decent! This is a good, fast pizza place. Service was always good and efficient. Place is clean. No problems.

I used to work in the area and this was my favorite place to eat. Their pizza, subs, and fries are delicious. And their prices are good too compared to other simular shops. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and I cannot wait to visit again for some pizza!

However, we ordered three subs, and my friend wasn't informed about all the special deals until he spotted a sign after paying. That's why I deducted a star; to me, good customer service means keeping customers in the loop about all promotions. It’s always a letdown to realize you've missed out on something, especially after the fact. That said, our subs were delicious and quickly devoured!
