Ordered medium quarter chicken, was put through as medium on till by server. Received hot quarter chicken instead, they replaced with medium chicken after 5-10 mins by that time my sides are already cold and didn’t enjoy the food as much. Avoid if you can, the staff are rude, especially the manager Steve. I went here with my 2 young nieces, I went up and ordered, and I ordered 2 kids meals, my main meal, some olives, other sides etc, the young lad took payment printed out the receipt for the olives, and told me he would bring them over and left the receipt for them on the side next to them as they were empty. When I went up to ask where they was the manager had said he checked receipt and they wasn’t on there? I was like well I ordered them and payed for them coz I see the seperate receipt for them come out, ans the response I got was oh well they’re not on there, so I was wrong? I know I wasn’t wrong as I know 100% what I ordered as this is what I order along with my main and sides every time I eat at nandos, which I have for the last 10 years. The staff are completely rude and need some training In 1 how to deal with customers 2 how to deal with missing orders not just a shrug and told that it’s tough basically! When we come back to stay at the hotel again, for when we go thorpe park again, I will NOT be using this nandos I would much rather eat a sandwich from WHS Smith than deal with the appalling service there! Can’t fault the food tho as it is always nice!

Rob was absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful! I adored the mac n cheese. The service was top-notch, as was the atmosphere. Highly recommended for both food and service. The peri-salted chips were a standout dish. Vegetarians, you won't be disappointed here. Plenty of parking available, all for free.
