I have been going to this place since it opened in 2015. The pork chop is certainly the signature item. The pineapple bun is outstanding. So far, none in Yuen Long can beat it. All the loaves and buns are served hot (that's a rare gem). Others are served truly delicious too. The staff is very friendly. Once you've told them your family name, you get greeted by it.
