How long does it take to make a drink?!?!?! I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting on a drink!!!

The store needs an overhaul, with the amount of traffic it gets, it's not well taken care of. Food is meh and no matter how many months apart I wait to eat here just out of burnout on everything else, it still manages to make you feel just bleh after.
