Muddy's Cafe - Clovis

Food was amazing and classy. Interior is nice. Servers were great. Went on a Monday morning and only one other person was there! This place is amazing and may need some love

I have been here a few times now. It is a real gem in Clovis. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. I've liked everything I've tried here- I can especially recommend the green eggs and ham. The Hollandaise sauce has green chili in it. We've also liked the mini pancakes, the chicken sandwich and also the pastrami on focaccia.

Went to drive thru order. Order a cold mocha coffee, very nice flavor, almost taste like a chocolate ice cream. Ordered Rio sandwich, very tasteful.

Not that great, would not go back. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they just put the fried crispy outside of a chicken cutlet on the sandwich, not much meat at all. They didn't ask me if I wanted any toppings or condiments and it didn't come with any anyways. Wife got the soup which was lukewarm and bland

My eggs benedict was swimming in oil. Hollandaise sauce basically fell off my eggs it was so greasy. They serve salad with breakfast? Confusing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone visiting the area. Atmosphere is cute but food isn’t great :
