Bidrage med feedbackVery slow at getting orders out. Food delivery like, grub hub, Uber eats, and door dash have to wait in line which causes long back ups and wait times! They should open the doors for delivery drivers so the drive-thru can run smoothly.
They will have you in line forever because they don't ask people with three large bags to move up and all I need is a burger smh not professional part of customer service is time management not just being polite
Lobby was closed. Must have been short on staffing. Repeated order reminding before completing what I wanted. They gave me what they wanted then told me that if I wanted to get food they left off I would have to circle back around and go through drive thru again. Understand your short but try to get order right for people who was willing to wait. Then rudely tell me I have to go back thru line By the way I was short two fries and a malt both could be easy to fix.
How how how how Howwwwww is this place still open! I went today for a burger no bread and a side salad. I understand they know longer offer salads well side salads. I opted for a avocado salad- no go- they have no avocado! Ok I’ll take a Parmesan salad -NOPE- they have no grill chicken? HUH!!!!???! I’ll just have the burger no bun. I get to the register and now it’s they’re registers aren’t equipped to handle MOBILE PAY! It THEIR OWN MOBILE PAY!!! HUH! I said it’s like a gift card, simply enter the code on your kiosk. Ohhh we can’t do all of that! I’ve never been so disgusted in MY LIFE !!! Do better Wendy’s please!!!! Shessssh!
I sat in line for over 25 min before I even got to the window. The chick at the window didn't even speak or say anything but the total. Then I get home and my order was wrong, I paid for a double and they gave me a single. I can't stand it, won't be going back. I will drive down to 55th and St. Clair
