El Campesino - Cleveland

This place is always great!!! Everyone here is very kind, hard working and considerate! They get things right every time! The food is delicious and always come out at a reasonable/good time!! By far my favorite Mexican restaurant!

I have eaten here twice now, and both experiences were excellent food, drinks, service, ambiance, everything. They also have the finest chicken soup ever, which is even better the second day, if you buy some to take home. I was really surprised to see 3.5 stars for this wonderful place, but a lot of the negative reviews bringing down the average are 5 8 years old. I don't know what was going on back then, but my experiences have been just great. Really good salsa, too.

I'm not even leaving the restaurant before posting this. This pace is a hidden north Georgia gem. A staple of Cleveland that has been around 30+ years. To say the food is outstanding is an understatement. The service is beyond great and super fast. If you are in the Helwn/Cleveland area it is a must eat at spot.

El Campesino Mexican Restaurant serves the best Mexican food in the area! Service is always prompt, helpful and attentive. Outstanding selection of entrées or select from A La Carte. Majorly good drinks and a atmosphere lets you know your are in a real Mexican restaurant! If looking for Mexican food while in NE Georgia, look no further than El Campesino.

The food and service were excellent. Very generous portions with good quality ingredients.
