Bidrage med feedbackI got here for my 30. Birthday after reading reviews. I was gone. I'm from New Jersey, so I know a good meal when I have one. From steak to the whole side everything was perfectly cooked!! The Risotto and Mac and Cheese is my recommended page. The fillet was juicy and had amazing taste. I was in Opal Sand and went to Marriott only to have this food, I would recommend to anyone who wants an excellent steak. Gerry, the host was also such an amazing person was so beautiful with seating and booking.
We were at the hotel and I called to see if they had something for the 30. birthday of my wife could do (and baby moon). They said they could do something special for the desert, so I didn't get anything (taken, they had covered it). They did nothing except say happy birthday when they greeted us at check-in. It was a big birthday, very disappointing. The service itself was also fine. We were empty on the water most of the night and they did not bring out silver, so I went to the hostage and got it themselves. Not what was expected at all (especially at the prices they charge).
Our server hardly came to us. Never asked if we want coffee or dessert. I never came back after dinner came to check. We sat outside and the seats were softened. Then the check came there a dessert on our bill that we clearly did not order. I looked at a sketch. I think after our 2 Martinis he thought he could pull a quick one. Not cool.
My husband had the beef and crab cake. The crab was good. The beef was chewing, but when it was cut into very small pieces, it was okay. I had Ravioli with beef that was good, although I found the Ravioli a little to Al Dente. Our waitress was very pleasant, but didn't return after our first bites, otherwise we would have said something, but it wasn't so bad. The ambience was great and would be a reason to return, but I would be more choosy order.
We had an excellent time at Watercolour Grillhouse. The location is beautiful, water views at every table. Our meals were excellent, we enjoyed the grilled grouper and chilean sea bass, as well as sides of asparagus and Mac and cheese. I would recommend these to anyone!
