Bidrage med feedbackI'm always excited to support our local business. I've been in town since Friday and this is my first disappointment to say sad. The only great was the Manhattan Clam Chowder soup and the bread. My penne al-Vodka pasta had very little taste and it was not completely boiled noodles were quite hard. I think that should I? ve just leave when I ?server a young lady with a posture and with the right vocabulary during work. My server Gentleman perhaps in his 50s was not very welcoming. One of my family members didn't even eat their dinner because the food was not made as it was asked. Server didn't even ask what the problem was, but was happy to load. Listen isn't about the money and I know it doesn't make the servers mistakes, but next time You ask how you deliver the message to the cook or the manager, so you guys do not repeat a mistake. Hopefully the next time has improved. I'm still good.
Very polite and friendly host and servers. Food was prompt. Only issue is, with the understanding that the place has been open for a long time, but many fixtures, window blinds had accumulated dust and even...assorted detritus in the window sills and corners. The bruschetta topping was premade and tomatoes were soft and slightly wilted. Breads were all fantastic. Otherwise, a good experience and food always comes out quickly and hot.
I think I?ve found my new favorite Italian restaurant. From the service to the food, EVERYTHING was amazing. The place was packed and Dekoda was on top of it all. Very friendly and helpful to a first time patron. Very clean and super friendly atmosphere. Prices were more than reasonable for the portions and quality of the food. They said it would be a 30 minute wait and we barely waited ten. If you?re looking for a chill spot with amazing food and service, Johnny?s is your place. Excuse the photo quality, I was ready to eat.
The pizza is very good, but I'm not sure the other dishes are very authentic if that's something you care about. They still taste good. I must say the bread and the olive oil dip served with the dinner dishes is so addicting.
Great food! We had the meatball bake for an appetizer and boy, was it filling! I had the stuffed eggplant and it was phenomenal. My husband had the chicken Alfredo and said it was good as well. I was sadly unimpressed with the ?Johnny Bread? not because it was bad, but I was expecting a more Italian, crusty style of bread. This was more of a soft bun. Delicious nonetheless, just not something I would write home about for my own tastes. But the star of the show, the tiramisu!!! Oh my, it was so incredible! You could tell it was homemade. Our waitress was friendly, portions were big, and our food was out in a very short time. I will be visiting again!
