Ihop - Clearwater

I really enjoyed the pancakes! They were delicious, and all the dishes I tried were great. The service was exceptionally fast and attentive. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating is that the physical space could use some improvement; I've visited other IHOP locations that were nicer.

The food and service were excellent, but the restaurant could use some renovations.

Our server was friendly and very helpful with the new menu options. The new burger was fantastic, and my daughter loved her Belgian waffle with chocolate chips. This IHOP is in a somewhat inconvenient location (which isn't their fault), and we were entertained by the sight of three police cars and an arrest happening right outside our window. I'd definitely consider returning, but not after dark.
