The manager the proceeds to say I am lying about not getting my correct order. The worst. Then he asked if I wanted a coupon why so he can do the same thing??? Then he says I’ll give you a gift card for the mistake as if I wanted to come back so they do it again, sorry no more chances, it’s a wrap!! Done. Save your money go to Arby’s.
Every time I come to this place it takes longer than expected to receive my food (which was ordered online and paid a hour before pick up). This is the reason a lot of coworkers and myself had stop ordering from here.
I have tried to go to this location MULTIPLE TIMES the most recent was today. I go alone so I try to sit at the bar. Every time I've gone the person working the bar area takes forever to clear places after someone leaves. Today when I walked in a couple left the bar. I waited 10 minutes or so for her to clear the area and she didn't. The walked past the seats about 5 or 6 times without moving any of the dishes. She looked at me and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. I just left and took my business elsewhere.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Not sure what is going on with the Metro Atlanta Longhorns, but the service is failing miserably. This location (2256 Mt. Zion Pkwy. Morrow, GA was so dirty (paper on floor everywhere, greasy floors, dirty tables... . Waited forever to be seated when the restaurant was nearly empty and the waitress never came to check on us after she dropped the food off.They were out of Brussel sprouts and asparagus. Had to ask the host to bring us to-go boxes and he never brought them. Restaurant also smelled like dirty mop water. We won't be back, which is sad because we live nearby and we love eating steaks.
The ladies at this location were a godsend. I was stuck in the Atlanta airport for 2 days with no sleep and this was the first place I Ubered to and ate. My waitress, apologies I can't remember her name, was the sweetest and most understanding, as well has her manager. I couldn't believe the perfect service, food came out as expected and on time. When I say this was a perfect experience, I mean that. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you for everything!!!!
