Papa John's Pizza - Clayton

We had a really big job for the work and the employee went beyond and beyond to make sure our order was fulfilled and ready when we arrived. everyone was satisfied with eating and we cannot thank them enough to work with us to achieve this.

I met the new GM personally this evening and he was very pleasant as well as his staff. I can tell he cares about quality service.

3 hours of waiting for delivery. Once I can understand. This is the second time and shall be the last. We drove to a different city last time and picked up the exact same meal, made it home and started eating when they were late with delivery the last time. My phone call was not answered and no call was made to myself about the order or delivery. The app said it was on its way and still 2 hours went by without notice.

Tonight's order came and was super disappointing. I paid for extra cheese and it all came stuck to the top of the lid....... come on..... deliver it like it was coming to your house for dinner and also stop walking through my grass. I hope you step in dog poop next time!!!

One of the worst customer i have ever had with a pizza place. they delivered my pizza to the wrong location, and after a hour and a half i call in to check the status. they stated they knew they sent it to the wrong place and waited for me to call in to let me know. even though they have my phone number because the driver texted me an updated stating they left the store. then asked if i wanted to wait another hour for a pizza to be made and delivered. instead of making a replacement right away after they knew they gave my order to the wrong person. neveragain at this place
