Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

It's a busy location but staff was also busy talking to each other... I watched some customers stand at the counter longer than they should have till someone acknowledged them. The chicken was hot, fries not quite hot.Food: 4/5

Hi. I would like to file a complaint. I came into Zaxby’s tonight and ordered the Big Zax Snack meal. It is supposed to come with 3 full chicken tenders. I was disappointed when I first opened my box to find only 2 chicken tenders and what looked to be one boneless wing. I have my receipt from yesterday 11/12/22 if you’d like to see that also. I am highly disappointed and would like to be reimbursed for my purchase. I have eaten at Zaxby’s for years and would like to be a returning customer. Please get back with me when you can! Thank you.

We had not eaten at this location for over two years. Food was great. Lots of cars in the drive thru. This was at lunch. There was one employee taking inside orders. Another employee was handing out the finished orders. A bit of a line developed with diners waiting to place new orders, but no one waited very long. This location has one of those fancy Coca Cola touchscreen dispensers. These are always entertaining to use and most importantly, Zaxby's keeps the syrup cartridges loaded! Watch the parking lot when you leave. There are some who zoom into the lot without regard to drive thru traffic and diners trying to back out of a space.

Food is good but the fries were under cooked and some of the wings were old and coldFood: 3/5
