Pizza Hut - City of Troy

The personal pan pizza was great. Was not impressed with the Cinnabon Mini Rolls .

I went in a night to pick up a command for a door bag. the girl who works saw me run in, but went right behind before I could say anything at all. they and the guy who walked back and walked, apparently they were short-served and had commanded many. the girl sweared with the word I stood there for 20 minutes, not exaggerated. at this point another girl with the pizzeria hat went on uniform, so I asked her if she could check on my order and she rudely told me she wasn't on the watch. I told her that I had waited for a long time so that she went on the back and got the other girl who sweared a storm only for her to come out and tell me that I had to cancel the order because they didn't have the things to make it quite sure it was just a regular pizza. so they have not only wasted my time, I could have accepted other orders, they also wasted the customers time. very, very, unprofessional

It's just Pizza Hut, but if it was done like a fastfood sub place. Guy at the counter was great. I felt nostalgic for the pizza hut from when I was a kid in the 80s but... This isn't it

Could not find my pickup order then very rude when I could not tell them which of the 10 family packs we ordered.To top it off when zI got home the order was missing items and pizza was overcooked
