Put off getting the app till I had at least 15 cups of the roll up to win cups figuring I could get the app and scan the cups when I got around to it. Not the case. Those cups aren 't any good I guess. The app is terribly slow. Spent a half hr trying to order in the restaurant) just to get 'rolls ' . I got frustrated and annoyed a just ordered at the counter 2 coffees . Not getting those rolls either I guess. I 've been a very loyal and faithful consumer of Tim 's everyday before and after and sometimes during work. I 'm pretty sure I 'm switching to Duncan from now on or until tim Horton 's makes it right somehow. I 'm not trying to get anything for free I just want my rolls that r owed to me . Please just bring the cups back. It 's like you don 't care about a big portion of your customer base. The older generation doesn 't indulge in the technology that you 're forcing us to use. Please make this right or u lost a long time customer.
I put in a request for a credit to get the breakfast wraps I paid for that are $5 a piece because they were made incorrectly. The worker was nice the first time he made my food wrong and I didn’t realize until I was too far away to get the food remade. Tim Hortons are privately owned so the OWNER has to approve the refund. The owner did not approve it so I just lose the money I spent even though they made it incorrectly and didn’t give me a receipt. I’ve went to this Tim Hortons dozens of times and only go now when I have to and don’t have time but I will not anymore. They never make the food or drinks correctly because they’re trying to rush you out of the line and most of the time the workers are rude. I would avoid this Tim Hortons if I were you. I would give my business to any location but this one.
They need to make sure coffees are made right and they are always out of omelet bites.
Total was $5.01. Gave the employee a penny with gift card and he handed it back to me after he rung me out because he didn't need it. ? Asked for my drink to be remade twice. There wasn't enough sugar in it. (Ordered double double). Different employee made it and got it right got third attempt. Garbage full. Terrible atmosphere.
Waited in drive thru for over 15 mins just for them to get my order wrong! And line was way too long to go back.
