Food was great, hot and arrived on time. Burrito and 5 Crispy Rolled Tacos were tasty, 5 Crispy Rolled Tacos were crisp and not soggy which is great.

I'm absolutely addicted to this place. This is the best fast, fresh Mexican food you can find. The Baja Original fish taco, priced at an unbelievable $2.95, is a real victory for budget eats. Two freshly made corn tortillas hold a generous piece of beer-battered Atlantic pollock, topped with shredded cabbage, pickled onions, salsa fresca (a mix of tomatoes, onions, and cilantro), and a touch of crema, with a squeeze of lime to finish it off. The combination of textures, crunch, and explosive flavors creates a refined simplicity that's hard to beat.

The ordering process is straightforward: you place your order at the counter, receive a number, and they'll call you when your food is ready. We kicked off our meal with some chips, guacamole, and salsa. The guacamole was pre-packaged but surprisingly tasty! The salsa was mild and refreshing, making it the perfect accompaniment to the thick, well-salted tortilla chips that tasted homemade. For my main dish, I opted for a selection of all fish tacos, starting with the Baja taco, which featured beer-battered Atlantic whitefish.

The salads weren't impressive, as the dressing and meat were mixed in rather than served separately. However, the mission burrito was outstanding! And the homemade chips? Absolutely delicious!

The chicken tacos were disappointing. The flavor of the chicken and the sauce spices didn’t quite work. It's a shame because the chips are fantastic!
