Tortilla - City of London,Westminster

Nothing worse than the people serving you being stingy. I asked for a large salad bowl. The severs were taking bits off each spoon. Being fed should feel like a generous experience. I left hungry. Won't be back

I went to visit for the first time with my Mother on March 3rd and it wasn 't a good experience. No welcome from any of the staff. After awaiting 15 min (because they prioritize orders online or call orders) then I got rushed to order as well my Mother. I spoke 4 different languages but my Mother only speak Spanish so Iwas helping her to order when Kristina was extremely rude and rushed me to order. I explained to her and she got really upset. Kristina start tossing the food one side to another and she was furious even thought when we were the only people to order there was no more people or a long line behind us. I asked Kristina for a lime/lemon for my tacos and she took it with her bare hands using NO gloves so I told her I don 't wanted that lime/lemon and she took it again from the plate with her bare hands and put another one wearing gloves this time but she was so upset. I don 't think she has the requirements to be working at Tortilla because Kristina has 0” knowledge about what customer service it 's about. I have to mention that was my Mom 's birthday and we just wanted to have a nice meal. I 'm Very disappointed of Tortilla It was our very first time in London, first time in this restaurant and will be the last one honestly. Very disappointed.

Got a piece of chicken meat in a vegan buritto. Very disappointed in the experience, do not advise ordering if you have any allergic, ethical or religious dietary requirements.

Bought the breadless Chicken burrito... Imagine my shock when underneath a load of pointless lettuce I find two tiny cubes of chicken. That's the extent of the chicken in the burrito... what a swizz. Absolutely disgusting. As it was take away I didn't have time to go back and lodge a complaint. Won't be going there again.

Absolutely crazy. £165 order and they delivered 2 burritos. We assumed an honest mistake and called them. They said they'd run out of food and would give us credit. CREDIT! So we'd waited an hour, got no food, and would not get our money back! Truffle company.
