Sprinkles Gelato

Ordered two milkshakes, and was seated at a dirty table. When the milkshakes arrived, they were bland and had barely any flavour to them. We asked kindly if we could get more sauce added but the employee very arrogantly and rudely said it was “£1 for an extra topping”. When on the menu it states 50p. We were unable to enjoy our overpriced tasteless milkshakes and decided to ask for a refund. We had taken no more than a couple of sips and she refused to give us our money back and said there was nothing she could do about it. She didn’t even offer to make our milkshakes better???Very disappointed with the customer service, especially since it’s a local dessert shop for us. We ended up having to throw our milkshakes away and it ruined what was once a very pleasant day. We are NEVER going there again and I would not recommend going. I should have gone to McDonald’s instead, better customer service, nicer ice creams and pleasantly cheaper.

Place really dirty. Looks like servers are not happy to wipe the tables so we had to look around where would be more or less clean place to have a sit. The same menus. Sticky from chocolate and god knows what else. Coffee machine broken, ladies toilet out of order, ice cream completely tasteless to be ok honest probably one of the worst we ever had. Not worth this money at all. Looks nice but that’s it. From outside place look really nice. Many times we had plans to finally go to Sprinkles and finally we just regret it.

Perfect place, well presented desserts. I ordered the heaven in a glass and definitely recommend it.

I go to sprinkles quite regular with my friends. I met a lovely staff member called charmain who was polite friendly and smiley.She made us feel very welcomed. Another reason to come here

This is about the only thing I eat when I regularly visit as there is no sugar in the waffle.Would be great for some consistency in the making of the waffle tho. Ice creams are not all that, unfortunately.Staff are helpful, but the place could be great if further improved.
