Bond Brook, Fenwick

I was on my honeymoon in London. At the time of booking, when I looked through the menu, it was not especially about the time for afternoon tea, so I was left to try this restaurant tea menu. When we arrived at the restaurant, we thought the afternoon tea is not available at 1:15. We had other dates that followed, so we only had drinks and left. So sad I couldn't try the menu. Maybe next time I visit London.

The food was average, but the portions were very small and overpriced. The restaurant tried to be more on the market than anything. Also the staff was not very friendly or welcoming. I wouldn't go back.

The staff smiled, but not very attentive, and considering that there are only 4 tables of people and 4 employees they should be better available. The food was nice, well presented and not bad value, but in terms of service we were not very far for two people with clean dishes for desert and tea. I don't think I'm returning, because despite the reasonable price, I'd rather pay more for the good service, other locations had to offer.

I didn't realise it is inside a department store. Portions are tiny.
