Wegmans Food Pharmacy - City of Ithaca

We were looking to pick up some finger foods to enjoy as a light supper and were overwhelmed by the options that Wegmans' provided. I wish that lived close enough to shop here for my regular groceries as the variety, prices and quality of items is far superior to the supermarket options available where I reside. Dear Wegmans Please consider the Albany NY area for your next store!!!!

First time at any Wegmans. I'm impressed. Well stocked with many items. Great Fruit/Vegetables section, very good frozen section, many open check out registers. Good parking.

First visit was early, around breakfast. Coffee was so bad I had to throw it out and go elsewhere for breakfast. Second visit was late lunch and the sushi was not great. Late bought some peaches for later consumption and they were among the best I have ever had.

Wegman's is nice place to visit (especially since we do not have one in our local area). In addition to doing some light grocery shopping we also purchased some of their pre-made meals (fried rice and Singapore curry) and also ordered 20 fresh-made garlic parmesan wings. All was good!

We got takeout because it was close to our hotel. The food was tasty and fresh. The employees were courteous. I still wonder how this is the number 1 restaurant in Ithaca.
