Deliberately make my food without vegetables, tried to waved my hand to them they gave me the vegetables without talking to me what happened Rude service, got my order wrong three times, the boba teas are total ripoff most of the portions are just ice cubes and the boba tea just 1/3 of the cup, asked them to make the boba tea with no ice they told me then your drink is only gonna be 1/3 of the cup!
Food tastes great as usual, but the restaurant needs upgrade. Service was super slow at the drive-thru. There were only 3 cars in front of me but waited over 20 minutes. Staff was not friendly either.
Ordered using the app and the food wasn’t ready when I got there, there was a horrible smell in the whole restaurant.
They have good food here, good employees, but the corporate practice of setting their Boba machine to automatically dispense with half ice is not good. The picture taken was after 10min of me sucking on ice. Not a good value in their Boba. Too much ice!
