The 19th Hole - Cincinnati

Service at the bar and the table was 5 stars. Ambience is Western throwback absolutely authentic including all the trucks in the parking lot. For food, we had a steak and tri tip with baked potatoes and salad on the side. In the future, I would not recommend either of these. I would go instead for the wings and a burger. It would be better to go for bar food at this restaurant.

The service is pretty good, portions are a good size. It's usually busy but we've never had to wait terribly long. Great for families or big groups being that it's loud. Our server was super helpful and recommended a soggy margarita with Tajín on the rim which was delicious.

I think they should value customers who want to order food to go. Regardless, if you're backed up in the kitchen, you give the customer a timeframe of when their food is going to be done and you could've warned the customer that we are backed up in the kitchen and your food is gonna take twice as long. We would've been more than happy to wait. That's what to go is for, to wait until the food is ready and then when the food is ready to head to the restaurant to pick it up. I think the woman on the phone just did not want to have to place a to go order because she might've been busy with her tables and I think that is unfortunate because you're losing business.

What a hidden gem! When you visit Hollister The 19th Hole is a must! Food is so yummy and cooked to perfection. Ask Julie to make a signature drink she knows her cocktails! Thank you for welcoming us to our forever home

Food had great portions! The bar area was packed when we got there for dinner. Not much room if you're waiting for a table. Our servers were great and the food portions are great. My only complaint is the food being cold when it reached the table. I'm sure it would have tasted better hot. The place was pretty rowdy/ loud. Fun environment overall.
