Hathaway's Diner - Cincinnati

The Speck offers a delicious breakfast experience. Unlike other places where you may receive a floppy, sad piece of salty bacon, the speck here is a thin strip of crispy perfection that will make you close your eyes as it melts in your mouth. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order, the hash browns were a delightful mix of fluffy and crispy, and the goetta was generous and delicious. While the pancake was just okay and the gravy and cookies went unnoticed, remember that the highlight here is definitely the speck. Give it a try!

We are I'm Cincinnati for a Cheer competition and came to this diner twice now. Workers are very friendly and the food was great. It's a very cute diner!

Amazing breakfast l, polite and responsive wait staff. My group will definitely return next time we 're in cinci. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the pancakes were like eating clouds, the browns were the perfect mix of crisp and soft. And the bacon, THE BACON was PERFECT, the texture was almost glazed, crispy and tender all at once... the biscuits and gravy were a perfect wakeup

Very lively on a Saturday morning! What once was a Carew Tower secret is out. A well stocked breakfast menu that has everything from Western Omelets to Goetta! Check this place out! The new location is right by the Square, so you can’t miss it.

Lot to say about this spot. Has been in Cincinnati for EVER, and use to be in the middle inside of the building it's in now. But, recently it has moved to a street side spot and is a really fun upgrade! Food itself is a pretty typical diner deal, but is made pretty well. I think currently they are still figuring out how to operate in their new building cause service was a little uncoordinated. Overall though is definitely a Cincinnati classic and very worth trying.
