Frisch's Big Boy Restaurants

I was happy to see that they added the extra pickles to my burger, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed that there were no tartar sauce packets included in my order. I had never been to Frisch's before and heard that their fries are only good with extra tartar sauce, so I was let down by the lack of it. I did request extra tartar sauce, though.

The Norwood location can't get an order right to save their lives. I don't know why I keep ordering from them. Every time, something is either missing or just wrong. Didn't receive my hot fudge cake...again. Really annoying since it was the only reason I ordered from there.

The quality of food at this restaurant can vary depending on who is working. Some days the food is delicious while other days it is terrible. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, the fries were stale and much smaller than usual, my drink was incorrect, and there were no napkins provided. I have decided not to order from this location again.

Burger burnt and overall food was horrible. do not order Norwood Frischs!

Frischer mistakenly gave my order to the wrong delivery driver without verifying. When my order finally arrived, it was sloppily prepared. I was disappointed with Frischer's service and they should be more attentive when assigning orders in the future. It is important to check the order ticket. As a result of the mix-up, my delivery driver had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order to be remade.
