Chick-fil-a - Cicero

It's too bad this company isn't more in line with basic social decency/humanity, because the dining experience was better than I've had in some sit down restaurants. The cashier had a really great attitude and seemed really happy to help us despite the pressures of working in the fast food industry post-pandemic. The food came fast, they delivered to our table, the sauces were delicious and someone even came to ask about topping up our drinks.

Delicious! The food was great and warm and served promptly. I had 8ct chick-fil-a nuggets and waffle fries. I wished I took a photo because the food looked great and was presented neatly! The food tasted well and tasted real. The service was great as well and I felt welcomed and respected as a customer. I dined in and found the seating clean and charming. Loved the presentation of the restaurant seating. I plan on visiting again!

So I have to say, it really did live up to the hype! I hadn't ever been here before and we made a stop on the drive home and I was very impressed. Their customer service was incredible, they were very polite and kind, and the food was definitely 10/10! Prices were very decent and even though there was a long line for drive through they moved very fast though it and it was definitely worth the short wait in my opinion!

First time there, got a kids meal of chicken nuggets and mac and cheese with lemonade. Employees were friendly. Had heard alot about mac and cheese so wanted to try it. The dog had the nuggets as I am vegetarian I had the mac. Mac tasted good but was lukewarm . Nuggets were good size but one was all crust, no meat. Lemonade was awesome. Will give it another shot.

High-end fast casual food. Chicken is very fresh. Fries are also great, with no detectable grease. Really impressed with the quality at this price-point!
