Placer Delirio - Chuminopolis

I chose to come here based on the high Google rating. The place looks cute and the desserts look amazing...however, that 's where the good part stops. I ordered an americano and the flan parisino. It was the worst dessert I 've ever had. It was topped with an extremely hard merengue that was impossible to cut into. The outside tart crust tasted so bad. It tasted like refrigerator. You could tell this thing had been in the dessert fridge for days. I only ate the inside flan part, which was almost tolerable. The coffee did not taste good either, probably the worst I 've had in Mérida. They should not sell old desserts. Disgusting. Also extremely expensive. Service was ok but nothing special. Would not recommend and I would not come back. No hay placer en Placer Delirio.

Gluten free options available for sweet snacks. Coffee and chocolate. Worth a visit.

Delicioso! Servicio muy atento y personalizado, variedad de panes y postres caseros, cuentan con café, te y chocolate (la especialidad) fríos y calientes. Precios muy razonables. Además el lugar es muy acogedor.
