It's Just Wings - Chula Vista

Just ordered with DoorDash and the experience wasn’t so great. They forgot my drink, the boneless wings are kind of hard and don’t taste fresh like some of the other bigger brand restaurants. Not all bad though, the sauce they use (I think i got honey chipotle) is kind of good. But still one star because the expectation wasn’t met. After working a long day and paying a premium for a delivery service and waiting, missing something as simple as a drink sucks. Now I have to either drive to the store or eat these cold wings with water

Wings were claimed to be smoked, they were not. Overcooked and dry. Curly fries were cold and chewy. Order took an hour. I would rather get wings from anywhere else

Trying to add ourselves to the wait list online and it wasn't working so I called ahead to ask if they can add us and was told they stopped doing the join the line.. so WHY is it still a button selection on your website???

We got our order of 36 wings. Everything was soggy and tasted bitter. The curly fries are like soggy curly hairs in the curling chemical. I don’t know that this establish is but this is very disappointing in their food quality. We will not try it again! V

My husband picked up a cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and a bowl of potato soup. He liked his meal. My potato soup was so small I thought the restaurant made a mistake and so I actually called them thinking they mixed up the bowl with a cup. They did not....the bowl was the smallest bowl I have ever received in my life!!!! Anyhow-the taste was good. Maybe if I go in person next time-it won 't be as bad in terms of quantity.
