Smoking Gun BBQ catered for our party on the weekend with over 120 guests. Their highly skilled pitmasters produced the most amazing slow cooked pulled pork lamb, sliced beef brisket, along with smoked chicken. Our guests could not stop raving about the quality and flavour of the meat. The highlight was definately the beef brisket. We would highly recommend Smoking Gun BBQ for any party will be using them again.
At meatstock Had dry pulled pork and buns : prob just 1 off as the briskets and sausages were top notch!! awesome potato salad too :D
Saw these guys at #Meatstock, their beef ribs were literally flying out the door. When I got my hands on one I understood why. Soooooooo good. Whatever they put in their seasoning is delicious. Disappointed that I was full after it otherwise I would have had more. Thanks!
The best meal at any Summernats I've been to. Great bloke, good price and really fast service. Really hope to see you at Summernats from now on
