Domino's Pizza - Chippewa Falls

Ordered a pizza, garlic knots, wings, and salad. Delivery was fast enough, hot food was good, opened salad to find it was full of brown slimy lettuce, half melted cheese, and a sell by date that was the same day of delivery.

So, tonight I ordered a $26.00 meal (3 meals actually) with a nice young man who answered the phone. Shortly after, a seemingly older man called me back, saying they don?t deliver this far. I mentioned they?d been delivering to me for about a year now, andI?m in a remodel with no kitchen yet. The man (no gentleman) stuck with his ?we don?t deliver there? but would go to The Edge. Isaid if I had to get cleaned up, dressed, and go the The Edge, I?d eat there. If this is a new manager, I?d fire him.

Apparently don’t order from here on Sundays. My order escalated to a Manager this afternoon, and she (the Manager) ended the call with , “I’m hanging up the phone dude, you have a good day.” It’s probably good that she hung up on this ‘dude’ as I would have only escalated further and clearly couldn’t have gotten any further with today’s staff. Regardless my business has been lost unless this experience can be further explained and rectified.This escalated over them not being able to facilitate a $10.00 tip for the delivery driver!! I have ordered at least once a week from here without any issue, since CoVID. So over two years without issue. When going to finalize a conctacless delivery today, and insuring that a tip was added for the driver, I was told that they can’t do that, and have never been able to.

Normally everything is great, but tonight I called and ordered 2 medium pizzas and cinnamon sticks, 35 minutes later it was delivered, but it was one pizza short, he said he would run and get the other one, 40 minutes later still no second pizza, my 8 year old grandson, was not happy, 15 minutes later we finally got it, would have thought they would have offered a free pizza, or refunded one of them, a unhappy grandma here

Not worth the frustration. This used to be a good pizza place. I don't know what happened that they cannot get an order right. When I feel like having Dominos, I just get it from the Eau Claire store.
