Pizza Hut - Chippenham

The pizza here is consistently amazing. I've visited frequently, and I've always had a great experience.

We ordered our pizzas for 7 PM, right as I started my shift, hoping to have them before I left. However, they didn’t arrive until 7:30. I called Pizza Hut in Chippenham and spoke to Steve. He handled the call wonderfully, thanking us for our patience and explaining that there had been a mix-up with the delivery. When we opened the pizzas, we discovered that we had received the wrong order. I called Steve again to explain the situation, and he was fantastic—he personally delivered the correct pizzas to us as an apology for the delay and service issue. This 5-star review is dedicated to Steve. Thank you!

I visited during lunchtime and it seemed like there was only one staff member working. The interior is beautiful and modern, but there’s nowhere to sit while waiting for the pizzas. The pizza itself met my expectations for Pizza Hut, so no complaints there. The person behind the counter was quite helpful. However, the door of the restaurant was very flimsy and swung open easily with the slightest breeze. Overall, it's a good spot for takeout.
