Anita Gelato - Chippendale

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. I purchased a takeout box but was not allowed to participate in the Christmas raffle, despite having done so in the past. I was deliberately excluded, which made me very upset. Additionally, an Asian female waiter had a poor attitude and was impatient whenever I requested assistance. Overall, the dining experience was unsatisfactory, with low ratings for both food and service quality.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a great experience. The price per person was between A$20-40, which I found to be reasonable. The food and service both scored a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was excellent, scoring a 5. I especially recommend trying the Cookieman Gelato, it was delicious.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious, prices are reasonable, and there are a variety of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere is pleasant and both the food and service are rated 5 out of 5.

I've been coming to this place for nearly 5 years. Gelato and yoghurt are always good. Also always served with a lovely staff.
