Long wait times. You will get the pleasure of seeing all the rats running around outside the restaurant while you wait for your food. Staff doesn’t want to seem to work. They don’t want to cook you fresh food if it’s not already cooked and ready. How does a chicken place just run out of chicken? And to get an eye roll when asking which sauces are offered and be told no dipping sauces available for chicken strips?? Atleast give the customers warning or something for compensation when you order chicken strips. Is sauce not usually a given along side chicken strips? This is unreal. It’s unfortunate. Sauce less chicken strips is a criminal offence!!

Paid for extra meat on my fries Supreme and couldn't tell the difference. What a dump.

Chicken is always fresh and hot. They always gave you offer for side items. I really like their custom services.

I'm not sure what is going on. I pulled I to drive through and was told they would be with me in just one moment... and then am left sitting here for quite a while. I've been sitting here for about 20 min waiting. I've got places to be. Driving g away hungry. Not cool. Don't come here if you want fast food fast, or service at all!

This place is embarrassing, as I waited and incredibly long time for my mobile order, 4 out of 5 of the orders in front of me had an error. When my order was up they didn’t have the dipping sauce I ordered, a frustration but not the end of the world. But when I got home have opened up the food I was only give 7 out our the 8 chicken tenders I paid for and one tiny baby tender. This franchise should be pulled.
