Doc B's Restaurant Bar (river North)

From the food to the service to the seating and location, this restaurant offers a great experience. The guac with sweet potato chips were so flavorful, as were the quinoa kitchen salad and house salad. The restaurant gets super busy so it?s best toreserve in advance to avoid the wait.

This wonderful place served us the most amazing starter: our 'famous' candied bacon. it was so good, we even ate pieces of it on the floor after a failed IG approach existed. I had the backyard burger. the crushed cheese he came with was thicker than the patty himself! it was a life-changing burger, juicy and warm, salty and sweet accompanied by the best seasoned frying. when I return to chicago, that's the place I go.

Talk about great customer service and food! We were strolling around the streets of Chicago and decided to drop in for dinner. There was a short wait, but nothing of any concern. We finally were seated along the outdoor opened windows. Each of us ordered a different entry and we were not disappointed. The ahi sushi salad was delicious! Not too much dressing, just enough to provide some flavor. We had a small issue with the entree, but great service and response from their GM to resolve. Very appreciative and customer first focus! BEST BURGER I'VE EVER HAD!!! The service was absolutely wonderful and I was seated and had hot food on the table within 15 minutes. 11/10 recommend especially if you want some bomb chocolate cake
