Dunkin' - Chestertown

Eh not so great. My Charli cold foam was made with no cold foam, then I was asked if I wanted it made with cold foam...yes, it's in the name. No worries it was just iced coffee with caramel. Ordered hash browns and they were all mushed together in the bag so it was just kinda one big mushy hash brown.

I absolutely love Dunkin!! They almost always make my complicated drink perfect!! Also I love there donuts!! I won't buy donuts anywhere else!!

Awful. We stood at the counter while two employees worked the drive thru thinking eventually they would acknowledge us. After 5 or 6 minutes I asked if there was someone who could take our order. One of the employees responded that they need to serve everyone in the drive thru before they can help us. In other words, as long as cars kept entering their drive thru, they would keep ignoring us. When I said they could have told us that 5 minutes earlier and we would have hopped into the drive thru, I got a snide remark back. The worst part was explaining to my 10 year old why they treated us like that when he asked as we were leaving.

Very good. Selection is quality. Sometimes they don't have one type of donut, but I don't take much issue with that. There's always another choice of donut that's decent. They're good with customization of sandwiches. Top tier customer service. Would recommend.

Hey it's Dunkin donuts what can you say. I've been in there many times as staff is always been great they even go my orders right every single time!
